PALM wins again

Believe it or not, a representative from PALM computing called me tonight just to see how I was doing. They knew I was trying to chase down a replacement stylus (something they MAY carry in the future) and they called just to follow-up ON A PROBLEM THAT ISN'T EVEN THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.

I wish Casio or RS would be as diligent ESPECIALLY when it's their issue.

Once again PALM has reaffirmed that they are serious about their business and that they are going the extra mile to win customers. I recommend you get your Palm Connect package direct from them. It might take a few days longer but the service can't be beat.
