Tovarisch -- Palm Connect seem to offer the best support around. I've had not only calls from them (they saw a message from me on ANOTHER on-line service, then tracked down my phone number and called me to see if they could help (are you listening, SOS*APPL????) and that is remarkable! Plus, whenever I call there I get fast answers and reliable support. Good solid software package too, plus their built in Zoomer apps make the device a real winner..... A solid, professional organization all around and one I would be pleased to send my business to for a long time to come.'
One more thing: My understanding is that Palm Connect sells those Mont Blanc style stylus' for $5.95 or something each. Give them a call if you need one...
