Can't Access Quicken

Iam having a tough time with my Zoomer's Quicken app. this app. has been working for a while until recently....after accessing my hard icon for Quicken the hourglass icon just runs forever. I have ended up resseting the unit to get out this endless loop. Everything else works fine.

Any clues???
