Have you tried your logon->billing, logoff, logon->billing two times in a
row? Do you get whacked for two minutes? I *think* the billing meter rounds
things off to the nearest minute... if I'm right, it might show a minute on
one of your tests, but not the next. I'm still trying to get an exact
clarification and will post it here. I can't test your on-off-on routine
since my situation is a bit different.
Thanks for saying the PDA support is better here... we're going to try and
keep it that way! : )
