Subject: Limitations to Zoomer AOL

AOL has been made graphically aware of the disgruntlement of users regarding
the limitations of the Zoomer version of the AOL software both from inside
and outside of AOL.  Their massive growth over the last few months has
delayed some of their engineering activities.  Our industry connection
consultants at AOL have passed on our mutual concerns, but it's not yet clear
what can be done, or what the timeline might be.
