A PCMCIA card drive will probably work since the Zoomer apparently uses
standard MS-DOS file system on PCMCIA cards. See
ftp://csd4.csd.uwm.edu/pub/Portables/pcmcia.devices for a list of
makers of card drives and other PCMCIA devices.
It might be possible to run standard MS-DOS communications software
that can be configured to not use a keyboard such as MS-Kermit, Zip
(not PKZip), and others.

Those are two of several types of flash memory cards. I think the
Zoomer can use either. There are also SRAM cards, modem cards, and
