Zoomer interface to AOL is broken.  Certain keywords don't work.  Tapping
certain icons doesn't work.  The features we advertised as being available
are, in fact, currently unavailable.  We will try to fix this problem
*before* we add new features to the existing Zoomer interface to AOL."

     AOL access from a Zoomer *is broken*.  I don't care so much that I
can't get to the Zoomer Forum as much as I care that I can't get to the
International News area.  The International News is a feature already
built into the existing AOL/Zoomer interface that does not work!

     Has anyone at AOL connected with a Zoomer and tried to read International
News?  Used the keyword "television"?  Looked at a weather report?  Did anyone
try any of this before shipping the software?

     I'm tired of complaining over and over to people who aren't hearing
what I am saying:  I DON"T WANT NEW FEATURES IN MY ZOOMER INTERFACE.  I WANT
THE BUGS IN THE EXISTING INTERFACE FIXED!  I'VE BEEN ASKING SINCE THE FIRST
WEEK IN DECEMBER, AND NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!  I NEVER HEAR BACK
FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT!  I NEVER GET RESULTS!  NO ONE IS TAKING THE TIME TO
UNDERSTAND THE REAL PROBLEM!

     Can I make it any clearer?
