Associating a file with an application.

There was a question about associating a *.txt file with an application.
In the GEOS.INI, the appropriate syntax to associate a *.txt file with
Kerry's TextReader is:

filenameTokens={
*.TXT="TXRD",0,"TXRD",0
}

Of course, be sure to include the other filenameTokens that are already in
your GEOS.INI.

When you doubletap a *.txt file, the TextReader will launch but not load
the document. This is a problem with the TextReader app, not GEOS or the
association. I asked Kerry about this months ago, he said that there had
been no other requests for this feature support and he had no plans to
include it. If you want the association to work, send a note to Kerry
requesting it. (You might want to also request that TextReader save a
state file, and that it not require that it's support files be in
DOCUMENT.)
