Just to follow up here on the list...

I have communicated with each of the folks who've reported here on
the list that they never received their pens, and Zoomer pens are now
on their way.

It appears we had a flaw in the process for getting pens out everyone
who sent in a Zoomer registration card, and we're reviewing the list
to correct that. Of course, we need to have your regisistration
card to send you a pen. If you have registered, but haven't
received your pen, send a message to me. We'll look you up in our
database and make sure you get a pen.

Those who bought Zoomers through AST/CostCo may experience a
longer than imagined delay, since the registration cards don't
necessarily come directly to Palm.

Registering for Graffiti: There is no registration card in the
Graffiti package. We "register" you at the time you order, even
through our distributors.
