Pens ordered -

I got *two* Palm employees following up, when I idly mentioned to
the list that I had never gotten the pens I ordered. After more thought,
and from the fact that my order was apparently never logged, I realise
that it was almost certainly a mis-communication between me and the
fellow on the phone I ordered from -- we were chatting a little, and I
think that I probably said something that could well be interpreted
as cancelling the order for the pens.

This is a hell of a company, I must say. Customer service like
I haven't seen anywhere.
