Let me toss in my kudos to Jack and the other folks at Palm Computing
for doing such a good job of resolving the "phantom pen" issue. I received
mine yesterday after posting that I hadn't gotten one and giving my
address to Jack after he responded personally. It must be quite a chore
to do that with everyone on the list, but they are doing it!
