I have a Zenith Z-lite 425 notebook, and experienced similar results
as you with my HP 5MB & 10MB flash cards. However, when I formatted them
in my *Zoomer*, I could then read them in both the PC and Zoomer. I had
some problems formatting them, and sometimes accessing them, in the PC.
(My take on that is the PCMCIA drivers aren't as "robust" as they
could be).
