I have lithium batteries in my Zoomer currently, they have the
same power curve as alkaline cells but they last about 3 times longer.
I wouldn't recommend them though due to cost. I can get 8 AA alkaline
Energizers for about $4 at Business Depot and 2 AA lithium Energizers
cost me about $8. Do the math, you can't beat alkalines. YMMV.
Mind you, lithiums are noticably lighter (especially x3)...
