I'm using a Boca 14.4 pocket modem with my laptop that has continually
worked fine. It comes with rechargable nicad batteries that automatically
recharge when you use the modem with the included AC adapter. Also comes
with the requisite software for both DOS and Windows, including fax
software. I haven't yet tried the modem with my Zoomer, but I would image
it would work fine. I picked the Boca modem because it was the least
expensive 14.4 kbps pocket model I could find.

I know that CDW carries this modem for about $160. They can be reached at
