I think that Jack's point, and mine too, was that PalmConnect is a nice piece
of software which provides Zoomer<->PC connectivity in addition to some of the
Zoomer apps ready-to-run in the PC environment. PalmConnect also provides HWR
on the PC, which is nice if your PC has a pen like mine :-). I found it well
worth the $$$.
