The definition includes, but is not limited to, Geos.  (In other words, my
PC isn't a Zoomer because it has no 3-voice sound (among other things)
even though it runs Geos, and your Zoomer does not cease being a Zoomer
because you run FontMagik on it).

No, they want a cheap PDA.  WP on a PDA would be EXPENSIVE!!! 
Furthermore, you don't "extend the user interface", you extend HP-VUE. 
(Whatever that is).

Oops, if HP-VUE is a user interface, you write a UI module for Geos (and
make MANY PC-Geos users VERY happy :).
