Help! My Zoomer has started having problems, and I'm wondering if
there's anything short of shipping it back to the factory that can be
done. The problem is that it frequently stops listening to the pen.
Sometimes rebooting it helps for a couple of minutes -- long enough
for me to get to an application -- and then it quits responding again.
Sometimes a reboot does nothing. I've done soft reboots and hard
reboots, both by holding the A and B buttons during the reset and by
removing both main and backup batteries, with no change in the
symptoms. It's beginning to sound to me like a loose connection
somewhere inside the unit. Any other suggestions? I hate to be
without my Zoomer for several weeks while it's being fixed, and I'm
not looking forward to the repair charge, either (I'm not the original
purchaser, I bought it used). Sigh...
