There's a terminal emulator available. I've included the blurb from AOL
below. It's also available in ftp://ftp.biostat.washington.edu/pub/zoomer
on the Internet. It doesn't appear to do any file transfer protocols (not
the freeware version, at least), but it should do as a terminal.
I've also tried to get GeoComm (from the Geoworks Ensemble package) to work.
It comes up OK and dials the modem, but hangs up immediately and doesn't
seem to take input from the pen or onscreen keyboard. I haven't tried very
hard, though. If anyone else is working on this or has gotten it to work,
please report to the zoomer-list.

Structured Software Designs is happy to announce the release of it's first
FREEWARE program, ZComm Lite. ZComm Lite is a general purpose communications
program designed and written specifically for the Zoomer.
ZComm Lite has the following features:
o Use either the external RS232 port or the internal PCMCIA serial port.
o Capture incoming ASCII text data to a file.
o Send an ASCII text file.
o Maintain a phone directory of the four most often called phone numbers,
parameters and information.
o Redial last phone number called.
o 1K review buffer.
o FULL setup of serial port parameters.
ZComm Lite will be a fully maintained product as far as bug fixes are
concerned but no further enhancements will be made to it.
For more advanced features, watch for future announcements from Structured
Software Designs concerning a COMMERCIAL version of this program.
