Subject: GEOS SDK Parse Library.
Status: RO
Hi Gang,

Has anyone out there made use of the GEOS SDK Parse library where it is
directly called from a GOC application ? The documentation in this area is
incomplete, and in some cases is just plain wrong in how to call a function
called ParserParseString(). Because of this lacking in the SDK documentation,
I am coding with lots of trial and error (and include file detective work) to
determine the proper way to call the parse library routines.

I am this far (holding thumb and forefinger about an 1/8 inch apart) from
completing a shareware language interpreter for the Zoomer that uses the
parse library to parse and evaluate its expressions. In testing the
interpreter, the parse library is incorrectly generating syntax errors for
expressions that are syntactically correct.

I don't have access to CI$, so if anyone has seen references to problems with
the parse library there, could you pass them on to me ?

If anyone out there has had some experience getting parse library calls to
work, E-mail of advice or code fragements would be appreciated.

Thanx in advance,
