I've gotten a few calls/messages on this one:  In order to install the 
PalmUtilities software, the diskette you install from must NOT be write 
protected.  Aparently a few of our diskettes got out the door with the 
write-protect tabs in the "protected" position, and more than one user 
faithfully made copy of the diskette then set the write-protect tab.

The installer needs to write a file out to the diskette during 
installation.  If it can't do this it will get upset and give you a fatal 
DOS error.
