I went ahead and made the File Manager my default launcher. I prefer
coming up with the File Manager active (sort of like GeoPublish does
with GeoManager) instead of messing around with the Launcher.
I only wish the last app to close would pop up a message of some type,
like Program Manager does in Win, telling me I'm about to do a
complete shutdown.
