This phenomenon is a Geoworks feature. In the same way that a
parallel file structure on the memory card, eg.
C:\GEOWORKS\DOCUMENT, is mirrored by the B[INTERNAL] drive to
the system, it is also mirrored to the Backup utility. The Backup
utility only copies all of whatever it sees in the
B[INTERNAL]:\GEOWORKS\DOCUMENT folder. It sees what the
system sees.

While there is a good reason to do this -- you still need to back up
your working copies of files wherever they are -- you can disable the
backup of the C:\GEOWORKS\DOCUMENT by temporarily by
renaming either of the folder names. You may also want to keep only
your working files in C:\GEOWORKS\DOCUMENT, and other less-used
files in another folder on C:\.
