We have created an ftp directory from which you can get all of Palm's 
 technotes for PalmConnect and the Casio/Tandy/AST PDA, the Palm 
information Notebooks, and info files on Palm Computing.

To get there:  ncftp  ftp.netcom.com --> /pub/palm

If there is enough interest, we'll consider an upload area for user 
information.  Send email to SUPPORT@PALM.COM if you have 
comments or files you want us to consider.  Space is currently 
limited.
