I have encountered a problem similar to yours, but when using the builtin
Palm Computing Notebook on my Zoomer instead of Geocomm. It's odd because
Graffiti does work with all the other apps I have loaded.

When I brought the problem to the attention of Palm Computing they refused
to help because I am using "expert mode" on my Zoomer. Have you asked them
for assistance yet?
