Hi Lonnie: No I have not asked Palm for help but that was my last resort.
What an interesting problem! I am also running expert mode on my
Zoomer, but like I said, I did try returning my Zoomer to it's out-of-
box state, but that did not help. Thanks for your reply, and I will
let you guys know if I figure anything out. ray
